Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets
Do you provide towels and hairdryers? What about toiletries?
Bath towels are NOT included (they can be rented if requested in advance before the arrival, 50 KR per towel). There's a hairdryer, as well as toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and a handtowel in each shared bathroom.

Is there a washing machine? and a dryer?
Free access and use of washing machine and dryer (detergent not included, bring your own!)
Is there a parking area nearby? Where can I storage my bicycle/skis safely?
We have a covered area inside the building where you can leave your bicycle/skis.
Unfortunately, there's no free parking for cars nearby, since we are located in the center of town, but there's a covered parking area closeby (Fjellet p-hus, available for a fee).
We recommend to check the webside no.parkopedia.com and the app Easypark to check prices and availability for on-street parking
Do you provide breakfast/meals?
We do NOT provide breakfast/other meals, but we have a shared fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal
Which is the best period to see Northern lights in Tromsø?
If your main goal is to chase Northern Lights, we definitely recommend you to come between middle September- end of March. Lights can already be seen from end August until middle April though. But remember, nothing can be taken for granted, especially a natural phenomenon.
